This hotel is located in the magnificent gelderland countryside village of Heelsum. The staphorster room is the michelin restaurant and is old worldestyle with fireplaces and wooden beams and serves a French/international menu. The alternative restaurant is also old world and looks like it is in a barn but is also fairly formal and serves a Dutch menu. The exterior of the hotel is in the style of a Swiss chalet but the interior is both modern and traditional. The lobby is small but rather modern and decorated with a grey carpeted red furniture.
